Graduated from Kyoto Sangyo University.
I dove into the world of inbound travel at JTB Global Marketing & Travel, gaining experience in sales and arrangements for the Asian market. Subsequently, I joined Freeplus inc. where I handled all aspects of inbound travel before moving to irobito inc.
In my current role, I am responsible for various planning and promotional activities, aiming to deliver our company’s philosophy of “bringing color through travel and spaces” to customers worldwide. I work to create touchpoints between our company and our clients. Additionally,
I strive to enhance service quality through customer service operations to meet diverse needs with superior services.

Graduated from WoodRidge International School.
Having studied at international schools in the Philippines, Malaysia, and the United States from a young age, and traveled extensively, Kaoru Yamazoe has learned diverse languages, cultures, and values from people around the world. Driven by the desire to share Japan’s allure globally and to connect with people from different cultures, he joined Irobito Inc., making his passion his lifelong career.

Maki Sato（Chief Manager of Tour Operations）
Graduated from Kyoto University
Having engaged in comprehensive travel operations at HIS Co., Ltd., Maki Sato joined Irobito Inc. as a startup member. She is responsible for coordinating with domestic partners, arranging tours, and guiding services. She is dedicated to providing accurate and reliable tour operations for inbound travelers and our partners.

Yasufumi Chiba (ExplorerJapan Director)
Graduated from the Faculty of Law, Chuo University.
After serving as General Manager at renowned large resorts such as Atami New Fujiya Hotel and Atami Kinjokan, he played a key role at Japan’s leading hotel consultancy, Qualitas Hospitality Advisors (now Syncros Resort), where he was involved in the introduction of yield management, departmental GOP management and forecasting, company-wide budget and performance management, capital investment planning, and cost reduction initiatives. He contributed to improving profitability for various types of properties including city, business, resort hotels, and traditional inns. Currently, he provides business planning, guest referral support, and business development services for companies entering the inbound tourism market, including hotels, inns, and restaurants.
